About Sheridan County Sportsmen's Association

The Sheridan County Sportsmen's Association (SCSA) is a member-supported shooting sports facility dedicated to promoting safe, responsible firearm ownership, marksmanship, and outdoor recreation for individuals and families throughout northern Wyoming. Our range features facilities for rifle, pistol, shotgun, black powder, and archery enthusiasts, including general use ranges, a long-range facility, indoor range, pistol pit complex, trap and skeet fields, buffalo gun range, and archery range.

Whether you're a first-time shooter or a seasoned competitor, SCSA offers opportunities to learn, practice, and compete year-round. Members can participate in USPSA and Steel Challenge matches, long-range competitions, shotgun sports, youth and women's programs, firearms safety courses, concealed carry training, basic pistol instruction, and a variety of educational clinics and special events designed to build confidence and skills in a safe, welcoming environment.

As a nonprofit organization supported by dedicated volunteers, SCSA is committed to preserving the shooting sports, promoting firearms safety, and fostering a strong community where sportsmen and women of all experience levels can enjoy the outdoors together.

Weekly Pistol Pit Run n Gun Fun starts up Thursday, April 23rd at 5PM and runs through August. Check SCSA Calendar for details.
Women’s Pistol Summer Series every Thursday at 5:45pm- starting April 30th through August. Beginners and Women welcome in Pistol Pits for personalized instruction.
Summer Learn to Shoot Series! Monthly on Tuesdays at 5pm in the Pistol Pits starting April 28th. Join us for basic pistol training for beginners.

Youth Indoor Range Events are starting! Every Monday and Friday, starting in January. Check the SCSA Calendar for details
