Purchase or Renew SCSA Membership
One SCSA One Year Membership. Will expire 365 days from purchase and will not auto-renew.
One year recurring SCSA Membership. Membership will auto-renew yearly on date of purchase.
Membership Access Cards
A physical card is issued to members for access to the ranges. If you complete the online membership purchase, you will need to pick up your card either at Rocky Mountain Discount Sports OR at the Caretaker’s House (across the road from the SCSA Clubhouse).
If you are a NEW MEMBER, please complete the membership form and print the receipt you receive in your email. Bring the receipt to either Rocky Mountain Discount Sports OR to the Caretaker’s house (across the road from the range) and they will provide you with a physical card.
Membership Renewal
SCSA Annual/Family and Junior Memberships are for the period beginning on the date of purchase and ending on the same month and day exactly one year later (membership expiration date). If an Annual/Family Membership is not renewed, the electric gate keycard associated with the membership will be inactivated on the expiration date.
Renewals must be made by completing the membership application form and associated waivers and paying the renewal fee at our SCSA membership vendors, at the SCSA clubhouse, or with the SCSA Caretaker. Processing of the renewal including updating the expiration date in the electric gate system may take up to two weeks. All Annual/Family Members are encouraged to renew their membership several weeks prior to the expiration date to avoid a pause in their ability to access the SCSA ranges through the electric gate, that may occur if they wait until the last minute.
All memberships renewed prior to the expiration date, will be credited to begin on the expiration date and end on the same month and day exactly one year later. For example, a membership having an expiration date on 9/1/23 but renewed on 8/1/23 will not expire until 9/1/24.
